MEET SASHA NICOLE

Hey there! I'm a 20-something Atlanta transplant by way of the Fabulous Far West on a continuous journey of becoming through living life with more authenticity and intention.  

Presently, I am passionate about education (I am what you would call a "veteran teacher"), travel, books, expanding my sense of self through creativity, and above all else love.  

​This space is dedicated to my first love and my favorite way to reflect and expand, written expression. Through it I will continue to develop my identity as a writer and define what it means for me to be a magical Black girl exiting her girlhood. 

While I create, I keep in mind a line from my favorite essay, In Search of Our Mother's Gardens by Alice Walker: "She is involved in work her soul must have. Ordering the universe in the image of her personal conception of Beauty."  Join me as I write closer to my soul work, one blog post at a time.
